These terms cover the use of gloverworks.com and the Glover Works client portal. Consulting engagements are governed by their own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

The client portal
Portal accounts are issued to named individuals at client organizations and are not to be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for telling us promptly if an account should be closed — someone leaving your organization is the usual case.
Material in the portal is confidential to your organization and to Glover Works LLC.
Invoices and payment
Invoices are issued by Glover Works LLC and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Where a signed engagement agreement sets different terms, the agreement governs.
Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables is set out in the engagement agreement for that work. Nothing on this website transfers any rights.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. Liability arising from consulting work is addressed in the engagement agreement, not here.
