We build this site to be usable by everyone, and we would rather hear about a problem than not know.
What we have done
- Colour contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA for text, and colour is never the only way something is indicated — status is always labelled in words as well.
- Everything works from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
- Headings are structured, landmarks are marked up, and form fields have real labels rather than placeholder text standing in for one.
- The one animation on the site is switched off for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
- Text reflows to 320px and can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.
Where we know we fall short
Documents supplied by clients and uploaded to the portal are not always accessible, and we do not remediate them without being asked. If you need a deliverable in an accessible format, tell us — for work we produce, it is part of the job.
