We find out how work actually moves through your organization, then rebuild it so it runs without depending on who happens to be there that day.
Training & Education Development
We build the whole training program: what someone has to be able to do, how it is taught, how that is proved, and the records that stand up afterwards.
Intelligent Systems
We build the software and AI a particular job actually needs, including systems that run on hardware you control so the material never leaves the building.
Safety
We write safety programs that describe the room as it actually is, train the people who have to run them, and leave records that hold up when somebody asks. That is general safety work. Laser safety is the part we specialize in.
