How the work runs
We start at the end. What should the learner be able to do? That fixes the objective, the objective fixes the assessment, and only then is it worth deciding what to teach. The material that survives that order is usually shorter than the material that was there before.
Then we build it: curriculum, instructor guides, student materials, the assessment, the platform configuration and the records. We are usually in the room for the first delivery.
